**K-8095M** 是一款超高Tg、耐高温单组分加热固化结构粘接环氧胶，玻璃化转变温度（Tg）高达 195°C，兼具超高粘接强度与优异韧性，适用于高温环境下的结构粘接。

**K-8095M** is a one-component heat-curing structural epoxy adhesive with ultra-high Tg and high temperature resistance, featuring a glass transition temperature (Tg) of up to 195°C, combining ultra-high bonding strength with excellent toughness for structural bonding in high-temperature environments.

## 使用说明 / Application Instructions

### 解冻 / Thawing

将此胶从冰柜中取出，放置室温下使之解冻。对于30CC和300CC包装，解冻时间需1-2小时；解冻以后建议24小时内完全使用。

Remove the adhesive from the freezer and allow it to thaw at room temperature. For 30CC and 300CC packages, thawing time is 1-2 hours; use completely within 24 hours after thawing.

> **注意：** 解冻过程中须保证包装密封完好。如解冻一次未使用完，则仍需再次密封完好，才放入冰柜中。重复使用次数建议不超过3次，且产品处于常温状态的总时间需控制在24小时以内。

> **Note:** Keep package sealed during thawing. If not used up after thawing, reseal properly before returning to freezer. Recommended reuse cycles: ≤3 times. Total time at room temperature should be controlled within 24 hours.

### 施胶 / Application

将此胶直接涂覆于经过除油、除锈和粗化处理的待粘接物件表面，合拢粘接面，用夹具固定。然后根据需要，选择合适的固化条件进行固化，如120°C×40分钟。

Apply the adhesive directly onto the surface to be bonded after degreasing, derusting and roughening treatment. Close the bonding surface and fix with clamps. Then select appropriate curing conditions according to requirements, such as 120°C × 40 minutes.

## 注意事项 / Precautions

1. 远离儿童存放。/ Keep out of reach of children.
2. 使用前确保待粘接元器件及容器清洁，保证表面无灰尘、油污、盐类及其它污染物，防止影响其粘接性能。/ Ensure components and containers are clean before use. Surfaces should be free of dust, oil, salt and other contaminants to prevent affecting bonding performance.
3. 上述固化时间是指胶温达到相应温度后所持续的时间，因此对体积较大及传热慢的物件，由于传热速度关系，固化时间应相应延长，请客户以实测数据为准。/ The curing time above refers to the duration after the adhesive reaches the corresponding temperature. For large or slow heat transfer objects, curing time should be extended accordingly. Please refer to actual measured data.
4. 产品的安全性信息请参阅本产品的MSDS。/ Please refer to the product MSDS for safety information.
5. 在-55°C低温环境下使用前，建议进行低温预处理验证。/ It is recommended to perform low-temperature pretreatment verification before use in -55°C environments.
